Plaintiff, Brad M. Kahland, appeals the trial court's order dismissing two claims against defendants, Patrick Darrin Villarreal and the City and County of Denver Waste-water Management Division (Denver), on the basis of governmental immunity. We affirm.

This action arises from a motor vehicle accident involving Kabland and Villarreal on November 13, 2001. At the time of the accident, Villarreal was an employee operating a vehicle owned by Denver within the course and scope of his employment.
