Pursuant to Rule 14(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the defendant, National Bank and Trust Company of South Bend (hereinafter the “Bank”), requested leave to file a third-party complaint against Delcamp, Inc., d/b/a Michiana Mack, Inc. (hereinafter “Michiana Mack”), Ronald Delcamp and Audrey Delcamp, who, the Bank believes, are or may be liable to the Bank for all or part of the plaintiff’s claim against the Bank.
