This is an appeal by the Southern, Railway Company from an order of the State Corporation Commission locating a new station at North Garden, in the county of Albemarle.

The Southern Railway Company (hereinafter to be referred to as the railway company) has maintained a station at the above point for a period much in excess of five years. This station, due to an increasing business, became inadequate to the public needs, but the plans for a new and more commodious depot waited on the progress of the double-tracking operations in which the railway company has been engaged for some years past.…
