PRYOR, Circuit Judge:

This appeal is on remand from the Supreme Court of the United States for us to reconsider whether the deadline for a defendant to file a notice of appeal in a criminal case under Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 4(b) is jurisdictional. Jose Eduardo Lopez pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine. 21 U.S.C. § 846.
