MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
WOLF, District Judge.
Horace Denton (“plaintiff”), a black Jamaican and former union member of Boilermakers Local 29, has brought this action charging that Local 29 and Fred B. Hayes, the business manager of Local 29 (“defendants”), discriminated against plaintiff in violation of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and committed unfair labor practices pursuant to § 8(b)(1)(A) of the National Labor Relations Act (“NLRA”), 29 U.S.C. § 158(b)(1)(A). 1 Plaintiff has also brought state law claims against defendants alleging intentional infliction of emotional distress and…
