CAMERON, Circuit Judge:

In this action, the “Indestructible Union” member of the partnership which constitutes the government of this eoun-try makes a frontal attack upon the other member, the “Indestructible State” of Mississippi, seeking to enjoin the enforcement of certain laws of the State defining the qualifications of the “electors” who shall vote in elections for president and vice president of the United States and members of the Congress.
