h The plaintiff, Millard P. Dumesnil III, appeals a judgment of the trial court, rendered in accord with a jury verdict, finding the defendant, Southwest Louisiana Electric Membership Corporation (SLEMCO) free from fault in the accident in which the plaintiff was injured. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
