_[iPlaintiffs-Appellants appeal from an adverse jury verdict in this oilfield legacy lawsuit in favor of Defendant-Appellee. For the following reasons, we affirm.
FACTS AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
This oilfield legacy lawsuit was instituted by Plaintiffs-Appellants, the Houssiere family (hereinafter Houssieres). This lawsuit seeks to have the Houssieres’ property cleaned up by multiple defendants, including Defendant-Appellee, BP America Production Company, the successor to former oil and gas exploration and production operators on the property.1 The property involved in this case is…
