*861In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Ruchelsman, J.), dated June 18, 2012, as granted those branches of the defendants’ separate motions which were for summary judgment dismissing the causes of action alleging violations of Labor Law §§ 240 (1) and 241 (6) insofar as asserted against each of them.
Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provisions thereof granting those branches of the motion of the defendant Michael G. Palmiero which were for…
