EL L. Bowen filed suit against EL EL Word on two notes, and on September 23, 1933, a fi. fa. was issued under a general judgment and special lien, and was levied on certain described real property to which the recorded title was in Word. Mrs. Mary C. Word, wife of the defendant in fi. fa., filed a claim to the property. EFpon the trial of the claim case the court directed a verdict for the plaintiff in fi. fa.
