Barbara Bonser (Bonser) and Richard Graff (Graff) (collectively Appellants) appeal from the trial court’s judgment entered on the jury verdict awarding R.J. Jacobs (Respondent or Jacobs) no actual damages and $500.00 punitive damages on his battery claim against Bonser, $26.15 actual damages and $3,500.00 punitive damages from each Appellant on his false imprisonment claim, $2,795.00 from both Appellants jointly on his malicious prosecution claim, and costs.
