THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Debtors’ “Motion for Order to Show Cause Why Charles B. Darrah & Associates, LLC Should Not Be Held in Contempt for Violating the Automatic Stay Order,” and the Response of Charles B. Darrah & Associates, LLC (the “Law Firm”). At a non-evidentiary hearing, the parties agreed to submit this matter on briefs.
