Appellants Lionel P. Boissiere, Jr. and William B. Doyle, Jr., are residents of California and the only members of Doyle & Boissiere, LLC, (D & B), a Delaware limited liability company registered to do business in California. They assert the trial court erred in denying their special appearances and thus asserting personal jurisdiction over them in this suit alleging actual fraud, constructive fraud, negligent misrepresentation, breach of contract, and conspiracy. 2 We affirm the court’s Order Denying Defendants William B.
