— Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Otsego County (Mogavero, Jr., J.), rendered October 13, 1982, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of attempted burglary in the second degree. In two separate indictments, defendant was charged with the crime of burglary in the second degree, burglary in the third degree, grand larceny in the third degree and petit larceny.
