Appellants-defendants United States Auto Club, Inc. (USAC), Entertainment & Sports Promotion, Inc. (Entertainment), and Ted Hollingsworth (collectively USAC) appeal the trial court’s denial of its motion for summary judgment with respect to a wrongful death claim that was lodged against it by appellee-plaintiff Anita J. Smith, as personal representative of her husband, Larry’s, estate.
