DECISION AND ORDER
LAGUEUX, Senior District Judge.
After a long, convoluted motion, discovery and judicial assignment process, this Court, having satisfied itself that this case’s status so warrants, now stays this matter until resolution of the related California and Connecticut cases. The stay includes the cross motions for summary judgment that are still awaiting decision.
