This is an appeal from an interlocutory order entered in chambers .by the judge of the Eightieth judicial district court, refusing to grant the temporary injunction prayed for by plaintiff. Said prayer sought to enjoin the city of Houston and the Eureka Paving Company from proceeding with the improvement of Main street by preparing same for and laying upon the same a pavement 60 feet wide with an esplanade, or parkway, in the center and driveways on each side of same.
