GREENWOOD, Senior Judge:

T1 Defendant Dawn Ann Draper-Roberts appeals after a jury found her guilty of theft, a class A misdemeanor. See Utah Code Ann. §§ 76-6-404, 412(1)(c)(i) (LexisNexis 2012).
