The defendants, David Noble and William Spight, filed a motion in the trial court to compel arbitration. The motion was denied. This interlocutory appeal is pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 307(a)(1), which provides for interlocutory appeals from orders “granting, modifying, refusing, dissolving, or refusing to dissolve or modify an injunction.” (134 Ill. 2d R. 307(a)(1).)
