KEETON, District Judge.

This is an appeal by William E. Donoghue (“Donoghue”), Plaintiff-Appellant, from a Preliminary Injunction of limited scope. Do-noghue asserts that the district court erred in its interpretation of contract documents executed by the parties and asks this court to expand relief to, or nearer to, the full scope he requested in the district court. We conclude that if the district court committed any error of law, the error was harmless in relation to the issues before us in this appeal.
