OPINION

HAROLD A. ACKERMAN, District Judge:

This matter comes before the court upon the application of plaintiffs Dennis Lysaght, Michael Berardi, and the National Association of Teleeomputer Operators for a preliminary injunction enjoining the State of New Jersey and the Acting Attorney General from enforcing Senate Bill No. 511.

For the following reasons, plaintiffs’ application is granted.
