MEMORANDUM OF OPINION AND ORDER DENYING DEBTOR’S APPLICATION FOR A PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION

This is a motion by the debtor (“Debt- or”), the operator of a “gentlemen’s night club” under the name “Scores West,” for a preliminary injunction “staying the effectiveness” of the revocation of the Debtor’s liquor license by the defendant New York State Liquor Authority (“SLA”).
