Appellant was convicted on six counts of knowingly accepting, receiving or levying money, without consideration, from the proceeds of the earnings of women engaged in prostitution. The appeal brings up for consideration the sufficiency of the circumstantial evidence on which he was convicted and the question whether the court committed prejudicial error by admitting certain evidence.
