This is an action for partition of 160 acres of land in Callaway County. It was tried in the circuit court on an agreed statement of facts. The facts deemed material are the following: Katherine M. Iman died seized of a fee simple title to said land November 15, 1924. She left a will which was probated in the Probate Court of Jackson County, November 25, 1924. The will provided for the payment of her just debts and funeral expenses; for the removal and reburial of the body of her deceased husband; and divided her furniture and other personal property of like character between her two sisters,…
