— Appellee Beville filed a bill in the circuit court for Alachua County against the appellants as receivers of the Florida Bank & Trust Company. The allegations of the bill were in substance as follows: Complainant was the owner of seven described pieces of jewelry, among which was a two-earat diamond platinum ring. He had borrowed from said bank $6,500.00, and had placed the jewelry in the bank’s possession as collateral security for the loan.
