On February 26th, 1927, J. W. McWilliams Company, a corporation, being the owner of certain timber lands and personal property, executed and delivered a mortgage thereon for $300,000.00 to William B. Taylor as Trustee, which mortgage was duly recorded. On November 14th, 1927, the appellants obtained a judgment against the J. W. McWilliams Company for $7,388.13 and on November 14th, 1928, appellants obtained another judgment against the J. W. McWilliams Company in the sum of $8,148.81.
