This is the second appeal in this case. The opinion on the first appeal is reported in 92 Ark. 487, under the style of Jackson v. Williams. The plaintiff has since married, and is now Dora Jackson Fulkes. Upon the remand of the cause, the defendant, J. M. Williams, filed an answer in which he admitted that his wife and codefendant, Nancy Williams, in conversation with some of her neighbors charged that the plaintiff, Dora Jackson Fulkes, had been guilty of adultery with her husband (and codefendant) and that such charge was false.
