Allen Allcorn, (“Claimant”) appeals the decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (“Commission”) denying any compensation from Tap Enterprises, Inc., (“Employer”) and its insurer Travelers Commercial Casualty Co. for an alleged occupational disease suffered by Claimant.
