The sole purpose of the petition here is to oust the jurisdiction of the court of ordinary; wrest the-administration of the estate from the hands of the executor who-was chosen and named by the testator, and has been duly qualified; and to have a court of equity assume jurisdiction and administer the estate by a receiver appointed by that court.
