I. STATEMENT OF THE CASE
A. Procedural History
Plaintiffs, Paul E. Garland, M.D. and Laura R. Garland (collectively “Plaintiffs” or “the Garlands”), filed an action relating to various investments they made against Defendants in Florida state court on February 6, 1996.
