In 1999, Plaintiff, Susan Abdo, was enrolled in graduate-level courses at the University of Vermont (“UVM”), the Defendant in this action. Following UVM’s alleged failure to provide reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq. (“ADA”), the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 791, et seq. (“Rehabilitation Act”), and Vermont’s Public Accommodations Act, 9 V.S.A. § 4500 et seq.
