On November 30, 2018, Defendant Dart Container Corporation of California ("Dart") removed this action from California Superior Court for the County of Santa Clara. Before the Court is Plaintiff Miguel Prado's ("Plaintiff") motion to remand and for attorneys' fees. Dart has also filed a motion for leave to file an amended notice of removal.
