The issue presented in this case is neither a novel, nor a complicated one. It is confined to a single point. It is a single fact, clearly and explicitly alleged on the one side, and as positively and explicitly denied on the other. The complainant asks a divorce from his wife, and gives for it the single reason that she has been guilty of adultery with Dr. Titsworth.
