This is an action by Dale C. Richardson under § 301(a) of the Labor Management Relations Act, 1947, 29 U.S.C. § 185(a) 1 against his former employer, Western Electric Company, and the Communications Workers of America, AFL-CIO (hereinafter called the International) and Local 7495, an affiliate of the International (hereinafter called the Local).
