This multi-count antitrust case was filed by Advanced Health-Care Services, Inc. (“AHCS”), a corporation engaged in the busi ness of renting and selling durable medical equipment (“DME”) in southwest Virginia. 1 Defendant Giles Memorial Hospital (“Giles Memorial”) is a Virginia not-for-profit hospital corporation in Pearisburg, Virginia.
