Tbe appeal is from a conviction of bousebreaHng and sentence of imprisonment for life under tbe habitual criminal statute. Section .1130.
Tbe indictment charged and tbe evidence proved tbe appellant, Frank Goleman, guilty of breaking and enter ing a dwelling house and stealing a revolver.
