This is a suit by appellant against appellee for damages for personal injuries alleged to have been caused by the negligence of appellee as the employer of appellant. At the close of the plaintiff’s evidence the defendant moved the court for a peremptory instruction directing a verdict in its favor. The motion was sustained and the jury so instructed. Appellant moved for a new trial and the motion was overruled. Prom the judgment on the verdict of the jury appellant has appealed to this court and assigned as error the ruling on the motion for a new trial. The only specification therein, not…
