The bill of complaint sought the foreclosure of a mortgage for $7,000, dated December 29th, 1922, executed by the defendants William Baader and Elizabeth, his wife, and given by them to the complainant. It covered premises known as No. 688 Park avenue, West New York, New Jersey. The mortgagors conveyed the premises to the defendants Asril Blacker and Ida, his wife, subject to complainant's mortgage.
