This case involves a claim for post-mortem work loss benefits under the now-repealed No-Fault Motor Vehicle Insur*533anee Act, Act of July 19,1974 P.L. 489, No. 176 §§ 101-701, 40 P.S. §§ 1009.101-1009.701. On August 12, 1980, John Miller, the named insured on a no-fault automobile insurance policy issued by the Appellant, Keystone Insurance Company (Keystone), sustained fatal injuries in a motor vehicle accident.
