This action was brought by plaintiff T. B. Jones and his wife, Mary J ones, to quiet title to certain lands described in their complaint. Defendants joined issue upon the allegations of the complaint, and asserted title in themselves under mortgage foreclosure proceedings and by adverse possession. Judgment passed for them and plaintiffs appeal. The undisputed facts are that Jones executed a mortgage upon the land to secure the repayment of $1,950.
