This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs motion for an Order to Show Cause and Plaintiffs motion to remand. (Dkt. Nos. 5, 21.) The Court has considered the motions, the responses (Dkt. Nos. 17, 25), the replies (Dkt. Nos. 20, 28), and all other pertinent documents in the record. For the reasons set forth below, the Court DENIES Plaintiffs motion for an Order to Show Cause.
