KING, Circuit Judge:

Three criminal defendants appeal their drug conspiracy convictions claiming numerous errors during their jury trial: the discriminatory use of peremptory challenges by the prosecutor during jury selection, the improper admission into evidence of tape recordings made by the government’s informant, a prejudicial statement by the trial judge when overruling a hearsay objection to a co-conspirator’s testimony, and the judge’s refusal to give a defendant’s proposed jury instruction.
