This matter comes on before the Court pursuant to the September 11, 1991 hearing on the motion of debtor-in-possession Scott Evan Stuber, d/b/a S & S Construction (hereinafter “debtor”) to determine violation of the automatic stay and validity of claim of creditor Internal Revenue Service.
