This is an appeal from a decree of the Supreme Court of the District of Columbia dismissing appellants’ bill to set aside an award by appellee, as Deputy United Statés Compensation Commissioner for the District, to Mrs. Annie Mae Simmons and to Edward Simmons, respectively, mother and stepfather of Emmett Wilson, deceased. The award was made pursuant to the provisions of the Act of May 17, 1928 (45 Stat. 600, D. C.
