The Pittsburg-Buffalo Company, the plaintiff corporation, hereafter referred to as the Coal Company, was in the business of selling coal for mine operators, and was under contract to provide a market, for and to sell the entire product of the Annabelle mines. J. K. Dimmick & Co. was a copartnership engaged in thé business of selling coal chiefly to consumers.
