FENNER, Chief Judge.

The Missouri Board of Pharmacy (“the Board”) appeals the Order of the Circuit Court of Cole County nullifying the Disciplin ary Order of the Board issued November 22, 1993, and ordering the Board to hold another disciplinary hearing to determine appropriate discipline solely on the basis of some or all of the conduct as affirmed by this court in an earlier decision found at Tadrus v. Missouri Bd. of Pharmacy, 849 S.W.2d 222 (Mo.App.1993) (“Tadrus I”).
