Gay Nell Cranor (wife) appeals the part of a dissolution of marriage judgment that classified postal service disability benefits of Larry Wayne Cranor (husband) as non-marital property. Wife further asserts that she did not receive an equitable share of the parties’ marital property. This court affirms.
This case was previously before this court. See In re Marriage of Cranor, 78 S.W.3d 150 (Mo.App.2002).1 The part of the judgment that distributed property was reversed. The case was remanded to permit the trial court to determine the classification of husband’s retirement…
