The trial court entered a partial summary judgment in favor of the defendants American General Finance, Inc., Robert D. Faulkner, and James Sloop (collectively "American General"), in a fraud action by Mary L. Reynolds. The Court of Civil Appeals reversed that judgment. SeeReynolds v. American Gen.
