WATSON, Chief Judge.

This is an action by the Housing Expediter alleging violations by the defendant, Louis Kornfeld, of the Emergency Price Control Act of 1942, as amended,1 and the Housing and Rent Act of 1947, as amended.2 The case is before the Court on a motion by defendant for discovery and production of documents and things for inspection, copying or photographing. In his motion defendant requests all written materials including correspondence filed with or sent to the plaintiff, his servants, agents, workmen or employees by certain named tenants, or by any other source whatsoever…
