1Per curiam
This is an attorney disciplinary matter. Two Panel members recommended disbarment and one recommended an indefinite suspension. The Panel did not find misconduct for two allegations in the complaint. The Executive Committee adopted the Panel Report but found misconduct regarding all of the allegations. By a vote of 8 to 0, the Executive Committee recommended disbarment. We find respondent’s misconduct warrants disbarment.
